2023 Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Awards

We’re thrilled to share the good news that Dr. Agnes Hsu-Tang, co-founder of the Tang Center, is the honoree of the 2023 Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Awards! An awards ceremony on Ellis Island was hosted by the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation on Thursday, May 25 to celebrate Dr. Hsu-Tang along with her fellow honorees Clive Davis and David Long.

“The Statute of Liberty-Ellis Island Awards honor those who embrace the best of what these beloved monuments represent: the unique tapestry woven from the stories of our nation’s immigrants and the role of America and its citizens in championing the ongoing global struggle for liberty and freedom. Please explore the list of our distinguished recipients here.”
